• Web server with PHP 4 or newer.
• MySQL 3.23 or newer.
• Perl 5 or newer (ActivePerl, or IndigoPerl for example)
• DBI Perl Module
• DBD MySQL Perl Module

NOTE: Modules compiled for Perl 5.6 will not work with Perl 5.8 and vice versa.
