For the Beginner User
By default Windows doesn't have all the requirements to run HLstats installed. If you are not familiar with web hosting and or web services it is recommended that you install the IndigoPerl package. IndigoPerl already has many of the HLstats required softwares, packaged into a single installer. This will setup a stand alone server with all the necessary requirements to run HLstats.
For the Intermediate User
If you are an intermediate user you may want to try the W.A.M.P.P or IIS installation processes. By chosing one of these methods you will have more control of the software and settings of your web server. And if you already have certain component installed those packages would allow for flexability during the installation process.
For the Advanced User
If you are an Advanced User and would like to setup your web server with diffrent softwares or through alternative methods please be sure you meet the following requirements:
